AProbe tricks
Limit shared segment to 128M with 10 APD ring files:
TSM conflicts with AProbe over the shared memory segments. TSM could allocate all shared memory segments available. It looks like AIX 4.3 has a problem with TSM <4.1>
aprobe -v -sp 134217728 -n 10 ...

AIX >=5.1, what is the kernel mode? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Run as a root (execution to other users may not be available):
It will return 32 or 64 string.
bootinfo -K
It will return 32 or 64 string.
